介词短语

所谓“介词短语”，就是由介词加上一个名词短语所构成的意义单元，在句中常被当做修饰语(形容词短语或副词短语)，用来修饰名词、动词、形容词与副词等各种词类。它的位置通常是在所修饰的对象后面。例如：

• Cherries are in season now.

  （现在正是樱桃生产的季节。)
